September Archery Whitetail
Deer Hunt
 This deer hunting trip is in August and September is done on private
ranches for giant whitetail bucks that receive relatively little
hunting pressure. Hunters will stay in comfortable cabins and a
ranch guest house with all the comforts of home. The Boulder Creek
Outfitters staff begins their scouting in spring and continue through
the summer pinpointing areas favored by the deer. Because of the
topography, we can locate the bedding and feeding areas and the
travel corridors between, with long range optics. When August arrives,
we have everything fine-tuned with stands in place and well planned
strategies. Huge bucks, often in velvet, are in large bachelor groups
and are surprisingly easy to pattern, placing well in the Pope and
Young category and even in the Boone and Crockett Club. For this
upcoming hunting season we have a brand new lease that last year
showed us a sure B&C candidate. This bow hunting trip is simply
beyond description and is a must for dedicated archers.

September
Archery Elk Hunt
This bowhunting trip is
in unit twelve on the Lochsa River in the Selway-Bitterroot
Wilderness area. This is our first year to have an bow hunting
bugle hunt in this unit. We anticipate an excellent season
with trophy class elk being taken. We will offer one pack-in
hunt and one fly-in hunt during the rut. This hunt can also
be combined with our hunt #6: Private Ranch Whitetail Hunt.
