Fall and Winter Mountain Lion Hunting Trips

Fall and winter mountain lion/cougar hunters will stay in the comfortable ranch guest house. Mountain Lion Hunting is done from four wheel drives, ATV’s and snowmobiles. Our hounds are some of the best in the country and the BCO staff are all seasoned hounds men. Although a third of our mountain lions are harvested on bare ground, our most productive time is when there is a fresh snowfall. Hound hunting is very demanding, requiring physically fit hunters capable of hiking several miles in steep country. This steep and rugged country is home to high mountain lion densities with our hunters tagging several toms that have qualified for both P&Y and B&C categories. Jackie Bushman hunted with us the past winter and harvested a handsome B&C tom with bow hunting equipment.
